Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
Each service has its own unit and minimum: regular, one-off, communal and office cleaning and gardening require 3 total operative hours. Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning start at £29 per operative hour with a minimum of 5 total operative hours (£145) per visit. Planned maintenance and multi-task handyman visits require 3 total operative hours (from £141); a single small repair may use a 1-hour minimum (£53), followed by £44 per operative hour in 30-minute increments. Residential pressure washing is priced by measured area with an £80 visit minimum. One operative hour means one person working for one hour; 2 people for 4 hours use 8 operative hours. The first-hour charge and visit minimum apply once to the combined hours, never once per worker or extra. Scope, supplies and extras are confirmed in writing. Existing contracts, QVT/account rates, monthly plans and out-of-hours terms are unchanged. No VAT is added. Guide prices are not binding quotations. Approved non-hourly rates retain their units and scope; where no genuine service-specific labour rate establishes the floor, a bespoke written quotation is required. Parts, materials, parking and disposal are separate unless expressly included. No VAT is charged.
