Two ways to work with us
Choose the route that matches how you want to work. We never blur the two: an employed role comes with a contract of employment, and a trade-partner engagement means you remain self-employed and responsible for your own tax and insurance.
Contracted roles on our own teams — cleaning operatives, grounds staff, maintenance and site supervisors.
Who we are looking for
- People who turn up when they say they will and communicate if plans change
- Care with occupied homes, communal areas and client property
- A practical, respectful manner with residents, managing agents and colleagues
- Willingness to follow method statements, COSHH and manual handling procedures
Honest requirements
- Right to work in the UK, evidenced before any offer is confirmed
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check where the role requires it
- Enough spoken English to follow site instructions and report issues safely
- References we can contact for recent relevant work
- A valid CSCS card is desirable for site-based roles
What you may receive

- Paid holiday and statutory entitlements appropriate to the contract
- Site-specific induction, and training in COSHH, manual handling and safeguarding where relevant
- Uniform and the equipment needed for the tasks we ask you to carry out

- Volume of work varies. We are a newly established company and the amount of work available depends on client demand at the time.
- Any engagement is subject to suitability, checks, references and available work — we cannot promise a set number of hours or jobs.
- Trade partners remain fully responsible for their own tools, transport, tax, insurance, licences and professional standards.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee work, an interview or employment, and does not create any contract between us.
- We do not operate a franchise, buy-in or fee-paying scheme of any kind, and we will never ask you to pay to join our network.

Complete the form with your trade, experience, areas covered and availability. Attach a CV if you have one — it is optional.

Review
We read the application and check it against current and expected work. You receive a confirmation email with your reference straight away.

Conversation and checks
If it looks like a fit we arrange a call or a short meeting, then confirm right to work, insurance, licences and DBS as the role requires.

Onboarding
Employees receive a contract and induction. Trade partners are added to our network with agreed terms before the first assignment is offered.
Timescales depend on the role and on how much work is in the diary. If we cannot progress an application we say so rather than leaving it open.
