Plan terms

• Prices are per property, shown as a From price, and remain provisional until a site visit and a written quotation.
• Operational hours are the agreed hours actually worked at the property.
• Materials, parts, parking, congestion charges, specialist access, waste and disposal fees, regulated or structural work, full-room painting and subcontractors are charged separately.
• A priority call-out is a prioritised request subject to availability. It is not a 24/7 or guaranteed-attendance service, and it uses the available monthly operational hours unless quoted separately.
• Unused hours, visits, call-outs and allowances do not roll over to the following month.
• Discounts apply only to approved additional Sea Lighter labour — never to materials, third parties or statutory fees — and cannot be combined with promotions.
• Regulated gas or electrical work, structural work, hazardous materials and out-of-hours specialist attendance require separate quotations.
• Compliance work (EICR, PAT, Legionella, smoke and CO testing) is only arranged or quoted through appropriately qualified contractors and is not included in the monthly allowance.
• The Premium annual Sea Lighter service credit is worth up to £150 and is redeemable against eligible additional labour after 12 completed monthly payments. Minimum additional job value £300. It has no cash value and cannot be carried forward.
