Bespoke quotation
The £99 starting price applies to a studio or one-bedroom property up to 50 m², with one bathroom and one bed, in normal post-stay condition. Up to 3 total operative hours (one person for 3 hours, or two people for 1.5 hours each), in normal post-stay condition. For larger properties we collect the requirements and confirm the price by quotation.

Four or more bedrooms are quoted bespoke. We confirm the scope and a fixed price in writing before booking.
Can you schedule around check-in and check-out times?
Yes. Changeover cleans are agreed around your booking calendar, including the window between guest departure and the next arrival.
Do you supply linen and guest consumables?
We work with linen and supplies you provide and can top up agreed consumables. Tell us your preferences in the quotation request.
What happens if something is damaged between stays?
Anything we notice — damage, maintenance issues or items left behind — is reported to you with the clean so you can act before the next guest.
How do I get a price?
