Meet Cristiano Pereira
Cristiano Pereira is the Founder and Director of Sea Lighter Property Services Ltd, a London-based property-services company supporting landlords, estate agents, housing providers, businesses and private clients.
He brings more than ten years of professional experience in UK construction, site supervision and property maintenance. Starting as a site operative with Alandale Logistics in 2016 — where he was promoted to Fire Marshal within three months — he went on to supervise site logistics on construction projects valued at over £5 million with Munnelly Support Services, and led teams of up to 15 workers on glass partitioning projects across multiple UK sites with Paramount Trades and Labour, maintaining a zero-incident health and safety record.
As Maintenance Administrator at Quo Vadis Trust, Cristiano managed the end-to-end maintenance request system for more than 200 residential units across Southeast London, coordinating contractors, compliance documentation and void property turnovers. Most recently he worked as a Construction Site Manager with TRIbuild Solutions, overseeing finishing works, snagging and handover on active construction sites.
Cristiano holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, London, and is SMSTS certified with PASMA, First Aid, Traffic Marshall and a valid CSCS card.
