End of tenancy cleaning in London
Move-out and move-in cleaning for landlords, letting agents and property managers, from £150 per assessed property or visit with a minimum allocation of 5 total operative hours. Two operatives working 2.5 hours each count as 5 operative hours. We work room by room against an agreed handover checklist and flag maintenance issues before the next tenancy. One standard single-cavity oven interior is included in the agreed clean and never charged twice. Carpet extraction, specialist ovens, heavy contamination, mould treatment and waste clearance are quoted separately. The final price and scope are confirmed in writing before booking.

What changes the quotation?

We confirm the agreed work in writing. Repairs, damaged finishes and items requiring specialist treatment need separate assessment.
Arrange access and the handover date
Tell us your move-out or handover date and preferred cleaning window so availability can be checked. Clear personal belongings and empty cupboards and appliances where possible. Water and electricity must be available. Confirm keys, parking and whether furniture remains, as these affect access to surfaces.

We work against the agreed scope and flag maintenance issues noticed during the clean. Request a photo record when arranging the service if you need one for the handover. Cleaning does not repair wear or damage, and we cannot guarantee an inventory outcome or the return of a tenancy deposit.
