Included in the agreed scope
Desks and shared surfaces, meeting rooms, reception, kitchens, washrooms and touch points, floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped, waste and recycling taken to the building's collection point, all against an agreed task list. Pre-conditions: key, fob or alarm arrangements agreed in writing, and a cupboard or agreed storage for equipment.
Not included
External and internal high-level windows. Work at height, IT equipment and screens beyond agreed wiping, deep carpet cleaning, washroom consumable supply, waste collection contracts and specialist server-room cleaning.

- Priced per operative hour on site. Floor area, workstation numbers and visit frequency confirmed by quotation.

- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Cleaning materials and equipment supplied by Sea Lighter. Washroom consumables (paper, soap, sanitary units) supplied by the client or quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Early morning and evening rounds are agreed in the contract.
