Deep Cleaning
A detailed top-to-bottom clean of the areas a regular visit does not reach, including kitchens, bathrooms, fittings and hard-to-reach surfaces.
Scope of this service
- Kitchen units, worktops, splashbacks and appliance exteriors
- Bathroom descaling, grout, tiling and sanitary ware
- Skirtings, doors, frames, switches and radiators
- Internal windows, sills, mirrors and light fittings within safe reach
- Behind and under movable furniture where it is safe to move
- Minimum booking of three operative hours per visit, in line with the platform's standard cleaning minimum.
Included in the agreed scope
A detailed top-to-bottom clean of the areas a regular visit does not reach: kitchen units, worktops, splashbacks and appliance exteriors, bathroom descaling, grout, tiling and sanitary ware, skirtings, doors, frames, switches and radiators, internal windows, sills, mirrors and light fittings within safe reach, and behind or under movable furniture where it is safe to move. Pre-conditions: safe access, water, hot water and power on site.
Not included
Oven interiors, carpet and upholstery cleaning, external windows and any work at height, mould, damp and biohazard cleaning, hoarded or extreme-condition properties, clearance and waste removal. Oven, carpet and upholstery cleaning are available as optional extras.

Starting price
From £30 per operative hour
- What the starting price covers
- Priced per operative hour on site, with a minimum booking of three operative hours (£90). Property size, number of bathrooms and the time needed confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Cleaning materials, equipment and machinery supplied by Sea Lighter unless agreed otherwise.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Heavily soiled or extreme-condition properties are assessed before a price is confirmed.
