Review the included work, exclusions and payment terms. Your booking date is confirmed separately with our team.
3. We prepare and deliver
The assigned team follows the agreed scope. Changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
4. Check the result together
We review the completed work, record any outstanding items and provide the agreed handover information.
For regular cleaning: Confirm rooms, visit frequency, product supply and access arrangements.
Please report any concerns through your usual Sea Lighter contact. Recurring visits and aftercare are agreed for your particular service.
What we cover
Scope of this service
- Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms to an agreed task list
- Dusting, surfaces, touch points, mirrors and glass
- Vacuuming, mopping and hard-floor care
- Bins emptied and kitchen tidied
- Same cleaner kept on your round wherever the rota allows
- Minimum booking of three operative hours per visit, in line with the platform's standard cleaning minimum.
Included in the agreed scope
Scheduled cleaning of an occupied home to an agreed task list: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms and sanitary ware, dusting, touch points, mirrors and glass, vacuuming, mopping and hard-floor care, bins emptied. Pre-conditions: safe access on the agreed day, water and power on site, and somewhere to store equipment or an agreed arrangement to bring it each visit.
Not included
Deep cleaning, descaling of heavy build-up, oven interiors, inside kitchen cupboards and wardrobes, internal and external window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, clearance or waste removal, ironing and childcare, work at height and moving heavy furniture.

- Minimum 3 total cleaner-hours per visit, starting from £81. One cleaner for 3 hours or two cleaners for 1.5 hours each use the same minimum. The minimum applies once per visit. The task list, duration, supplies, access and final price are confirmed in a written quotation before booking. A shorter recurring cleaning or maintenance visit may be agreed for a suitable local contract after an administrator reviews the scope and records the exception in the written quotation. It is not an automatic discount. Existing agreed contracts stay unchanged.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Cleaning materials and equipment supplied by Sea Lighter unless you prefer your own products, which we are happy to use. Consumables such as bin liners and hand soap are supplied by the client unless quoted.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly rounds are fixed on an agreed day and time.

Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
