Scope of this service
- Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms to an agreed task list
- Dusting, surfaces, touch points, mirrors and glass
- Vacuuming, mopping and hard-floor care
- Bins emptied and kitchen tidied
- Same cleaner kept on your round wherever the rota allows
- Minimum booking of three operative hours per visit, in line with the platform's standard cleaning minimum.
Included in the agreed scope
Scheduled cleaning of an occupied home to an agreed task list: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms and sanitary ware, dusting, touch points, mirrors and glass, vacuuming, mopping and hard-floor care, bins emptied. Pre-conditions: safe access on the agreed day, water and power on site, and somewhere to store equipment or an agreed arrangement to bring it each visit.
Not included
Deep cleaning, descaling of heavy build-up, oven interiors, inside kitchen cupboards and wardrobes, internal and external window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, clearance or waste removal, ironing and childcare, work at height and moving heavy furniture.

Starting price
From £25 per operative hour
- What the starting price covers
- Priced per operative hour on site, with a minimum booking of three operative hours per visit (£75). Rooms covered, task list and visit length confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Cleaning materials and equipment supplied by Sea Lighter unless you prefer your own products, which we are happy to use. Consumables such as bin liners and hand soap are supplied by the client unless quoted.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly rounds are fixed on an agreed day and time.
