One-Off Cleaning
A flexible single visit for a property that needs refreshing, without committing to a regular cleaning round.
Scope of this service
- Whole-property refresh or a room list you choose
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning and sanitising
- Dusting, surfaces, glass and touch points
- Vacuuming, mopping and floor finishing
- Optional extras added to the quote before the visit
- Minimum booking of three operative hours per visit, in line with the platform's standard cleaning minimum.
Included in the agreed scope
A single visit to refresh a property, covering the whole home or a room list you choose: kitchen and bathroom cleaning and sanitising, dusting, surfaces, glass and touch points, vacuuming, mopping and floor finishing. Pre-conditions: safe access on the day, water and power on site.
Not included
Deep-clean tasks, oven interiors, inside cupboards and wardrobes, carpet and upholstery cleaning, external windows, clearance or waste removal, work at height and moving heavy furniture. These are available as optional extras added to your quote.

Starting price
From £25 per operative hour
- What the starting price covers
- Priced per operative hour on site, with a minimum booking of three operative hours (£75). Rooms included and the time needed confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Cleaning materials and equipment supplied by Sea Lighter unless agreed otherwise.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Single visits booked on an agreed date, subject to availability.
