Included in the agreed scope
Fitting of sheet vinyl, LVT or click vinyl: subfloor check and preparation, adhesive or click installation as the product requires, cutting and trimming, thresholds and edge finishing. Pre-conditions: a dry, clean, sound and level subfloor, the room cleared, and the product acclimatised in the property beforehand.
Not included
Supply of the vinyl unless quoted. Screeding, plywood overlay, damp-proof membranes and moisture suppression. Removal and disposal of the existing covering, skirting and decorating. Welding of seams in commercial safety flooring unless specified.

Starting price
From £11 per m² (labour only)
Labour only on a prepared subfloor. Preparation separate. Minimum job or visit charge confirmed in your written quote. Indicative starting rate for the stated scope; the complete price depends on size, condition, access and any agreed extras. Scope, duration and price confirmed in writing before booking.
- Agreed scope
- Sheet vinyl and LVT / click vinyl are quoted separately. Subfloor preparation and complex fitting are assessed separately; LVT is never charged at the sheet-vinyl rate.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Adhesives, trims, thresholds and fixings itemised on the quotation; floor covering supplied or quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.

Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.

Do you fit both sheet vinyl and LVT?
Yes. Sheet vinyl and LVT or click vinyl are priced as separate options, both labour only on a prepared subfloor.
Is subfloor preparation included?
Preparation and levelling are quoted separately where required, after we know the condition of the subfloor.
Do you take up the old flooring?
Removal of an existing covering can be arranged and is quoted separately.
