Scope of this service
- Subfloor preparation and levelling where required
- Sheet vinyl or LVT laid and trimmed
- Edges, thresholds and sealing as needed
- Removal of existing covering quoted separately
- Site left clean on completion
Included in the agreed scope
Fitting of sheet vinyl, LVT or click vinyl: subfloor check and preparation, adhesive or click installation as the product requires, cutting and trimming, thresholds and edge finishing. Pre-conditions: a dry, clean, sound and level subfloor, the room cleared, and the product acclimatised in the property beforehand.
Not included
Supply of the vinyl unless quoted. Screeding, plywood overlay, damp-proof membranes and moisture suppression. Removal and disposal of the existing covering, skirting and decorating. Welding of seams in commercial safety flooring unless specified.

- Priced per room. Room dimensions, product type and subfloor preparation confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Adhesives, trims, thresholds and fixings itemised on the quotation; floor covering supplied or quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
