The assigned team follows the agreed scope. Changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.

We review the completed work, record any outstanding items and provide the agreed handover information.
For upholstery cleaning: Identify fabric label, filling, stains and manufacturer restrictions.
Please report any concerns through your usual Sea Lighter contact. Recurring visits and aftercare are agreed for your particular service.

Included in the agreed scope
Fabric upholstery cleaning by inspection, fibre and colour-fastness test, appropriate extraction or low-moisture method, spot treatment where marks respond, and drying advice. Pre-conditions: the item is accessible in a ventilated room and the manufacturer's cleaning code is available where possible.
Not included
Leather and suede restoration, antique or delicate fabrics without a written risk acceptance, guaranteed stain or odour removal, repairs, re-covering and mould remediation. Carpets and rugs are quoted separately.

Starting price
From £62 per two-seat sofa
Standard fabric two-seat sofa on its own visit. Minimum job or visit charge confirmed in your written quote. Indicative starting rate for the stated scope; the complete price depends on size, condition, access and any agreed extras. Scope, duration and price confirmed in writing before booking.
- Agreed scope
- Standard fabric two-seat sofas; armchairs, mattresses, corner units and other sizes are assessed separately. A same-visit extra does not create a second visit minimum.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Equipment and fabric-appropriate solutions supplied by Sea Lighter.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.

Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
