Included in the agreed scope
Fabric upholstery cleaning by inspection, fibre and colour-fastness test, appropriate extraction or low-moisture method, spot treatment where marks respond, and drying advice. Pre-conditions: the item is accessible in a ventilated room and the manufacturer's cleaning code is available where possible.
Not included
Leather and suede restoration, antique or delicate fabrics without a written risk acceptance, guaranteed stain or odour removal, repairs, re-covering and mould remediation. Carpets and rugs are quoted separately.

- Priced per item, with an item defined on the quotation (for example a two-seat sofa or an armchair). Item sizes and quantities confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
