Included in the agreed scope
Wall and floor tiling: setting out, priming, fixing with the correct adhesive, cutting around fittings, grouting and silicone finishing, then cleaning down. Pre-conditions: a sound, dry and level background, tile backer or plasterboard already in place where needed, and all tiles on site with a cutting allowance before the start date.
Not included
Supply of tiles, unless quoted. Removal of existing tiles, plastering, boarding, screeding, tanking and underfloor heating installation. Plumbing and electrical disconnection or reconnection, and making good beyond the tiled area.

- Priced per room. Tiled area in square metres, tile format and setting-out complexity confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Adhesive, grout, silicone, trims and spacers itemised on the quotation. Tiles supplied by the customer or quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
