Included in the agreed scope
Turnaround and in-term cleaning of study bedrooms, en-suites, shared kitchens and communal areas to a per-unit checklist, with room-by-room sign-off for the accommodation team. Pre-conditions: rooms are cleared and free of belongings, and access and key control are agreed with the site team.
Not included
Removal of abandoned belongings or waste. Repairs, decorating, mattress or furniture replacement, pest control and mould remediation. External windows and work at height. Damage assessments beyond noting an issue.

- What the starting price covers
- Priced per unit (a study bedroom or flat as defined on the quotation). Unit sizes, en-suite counts and shared areas confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Materials and equipment supplied by Sea Lighter unless the accommodation provider supplies its own.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Summer turnaround programmes are planned and resourced in advance.
