From your enquiry to a checked handover
1. Tell us what you need
Share your postcode, photos, preferred dates and access details. We confirm the scope and whether a site visit is needed.
2. Approve your written quote
Review the included work, exclusions and payment terms. Your booking date is confirmed separately with our team.
3. We prepare and deliver
The assigned team follows the agreed scope. Changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
4. Check the result together
We review the completed work, record any outstanding items and provide the agreed handover information.
For property viewings: Confirm authority, appointment, access and lone-working arrangements.
Please report any concerns through your usual Sea Lighter contact. Recurring visits and aftercare are agreed for your particular service.

Included in the agreed scope
Accompanied viewings at a property: attending at the agreed time, letting the viewer in, showing the property, securing it afterwards and reporting feedback to the landlord or agent. Pre-conditions: keys or access arranged in advance, the viewing confirmed with the current occupier, and a briefing on the property.
Not included
Negotiating terms, taking offers, referencing, paperwork and any regulated lettings or estate agency work. Marketing, photography and floor plans. Cleaning or preparing the property before the viewing.

Starting price
From £30 per viewing
Minimum job or visit charge confirmed in your written quote. Indicative starting rate for the stated scope; the complete price depends on size, condition, access and any agreed extras. Scope, duration and price confirmed in writing before booking.
- Agreed scope
- Local prearranged appointments with keys available. Number of viewings, duration, waiting and travel are confirmed in writing.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- No materials included.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Evening and Saturday viewings are confirmed on request, not guaranteed.
