Included in the agreed scope
Accompanied viewings at a property: attending at the agreed time, letting the viewer in, showing the property, securing it afterwards and reporting feedback to the landlord or agent. Pre-conditions: keys or access arranged in advance, the viewing confirmed with the current occupier, and a briefing on the property.
Not included
Negotiating terms, taking offers, referencing, paperwork and any regulated lettings or estate agency work. Marketing, photography and floor plans. Cleaning or preparing the property before the viewing.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Evening and Saturday viewings are confirmed on request, not guaranteed.
