Included in the agreed scope
Plumbing repairs and installations: taps, traps, wastes, isolation valves, toilets, basins, leaks and simple pipework, plus appliance connection where the existing supply is suitable. Pre-conditions: accessible isolation valves or a stopcock, and a clear description or photograph of the fault before the visit.
Not included
Any gas work and any work on gas appliances or boilers — this is regulated and only ever carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Unvented hot water cylinders, drainage excavation, mains and water-authority works, underfloor heating repairs and tiling or making good.

- What the starting price covers
- Priced per operative hour on site, with a minimum charge and travel set in the quotation. Task list and duration confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Standard fittings and consumables carried on the van; specified parts and fixtures quoted separately or supplied by the customer.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Emergency and out-of-hours attendance is confirmed on request, not guaranteed.
- Delivered by
- Coordinated for you and carried out by an appropriately qualified and registered contractor. Sea Lighter manages the job, the access and the paperwork; the regulated work itself is signed off by the qualified engineer or electrician.
Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
