Periodic inspections during a tenancy, with photographs and a short written report for the landlord or agent.

Included in the agreed scope
A mid-tenancy inspection: a walk-round with dated photographs, notes on condition, occupancy and care of the property, visible maintenance issues flagged, and a written report for the landlord or agent. Pre-conditions: correct notice given to the tenant and access agreed.
Not included
Repairs, cleaning and remedial work. Formal surveys, structural reports, damp diagnosis and HHSRS assessments. Gas and electrical safety testing. Tenancy enforcement action.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- No materials included; the report is issued digitally.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Appointments are arranged with the tenant in advance.
