Included in the agreed scope
Fitting of laminate flooring: subfloor check and light preparation, underlay, laying with expansion gaps, cutting around doors and pipework, thresholds and beading or scotia. Pre-conditions: the room is cleared, flooring is acclimatised in the property beforehand, and the subfloor is dry, sound and reasonably level.
Not included
Supply of the flooring unless quoted. Latex screeding, plywood overlay or major levelling, damp-proof membranes, skirting replacement and decorating. Lifting and disposing of the existing floor, radiator removal and door trimming unless listed. Stairs, which are quoted separately.

- Priced per room. Room dimensions, board type and preparation needed confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Underlay, beading, thresholds and fixings itemised on the quotation. The flooring itself is supplied by the customer or quoted as a separate line.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
