Included in the agreed scope
Kitchen refurbishment: strip-out and disposal, units and worktop installation, appliance fitting where connections already exist, plumbing and waste alterations within the room, tiling and splashbacks, and decoration and handover. Pre-conditions: a survey, a signed plan and unit schedule, and all units, worktops and appliances delivered and checked before the start date.
Not included
Gas hob and gas appliance connection, which is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and notifiable electrical work, which is carried out by a registered electrician. Structural alterations, wall removal, new service routes, flooring and asbestos work unless written into the scope. Worktop templating by a stone specialist is quoted separately.

- What the starting price covers
- Priced per kitchen against the agreed plan. Unit numbers, worktop type and any layout change confirmed by quotation.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Fixings, sealants and sundries included; units, worktops, appliances and tiles itemised or supplied by the customer.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. A survey is always required before a fixed price.
- Delivered by
- Coordinated for you and carried out by an appropriately qualified and registered contractor. Sea Lighter manages the job, the access and the paperwork; the regulated work itself is signed off by the qualified engineer or electrician.
This service is priced after a site visit, so the quotation reflects your property.
Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
