Included in the agreed scope
Assembly and installation of furniture for homes and workplaces: flat-pack build, desks, storage, wardrobes and shelving, wall fixing where the wall type allows, levelling and cable tidying, plus packaging taken to the site's disposal point. Pre-conditions: all items delivered and checked before the visit, a clear working area, and confirmation of the wall construction for anything being fixed.
Not included
Supply of furniture. Electrical and data cabling, work at height, structural fixings into unknown substrates, removal of existing furniture and waste disposal off site. Repair of damaged or missing manufacturer parts.

- Priced per fitter hour on site. Item counts, sizes and access confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Tools supplied by Sea Lighter; fixings beyond those in the box quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Weekend and evening installations for occupied offices are confirmed on request.
