Included in the agreed scope
Support for landlords and agents on a managed property: coordinating access and contractors, preparing a property for let or sale, arranging inspections and reports, and reporting back with photographs. Pre-conditions: written authority to act for the property, access arrangements, and a named contact for decisions.
Not included
Lettings agency, tenant find, referencing, tenancy agreements, rent collection and deposit protection. Legal, compliance and licensing advice. Gas and electrical certification, which is arranged with registered engineers and charged separately.

- What the starting price covers
- Priced per property for the agreed support package. Number of visits, tasks and reports confirmed by quotation.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- No materials included; anything needed is quoted before it is bought.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Visit times are agreed with the tenant where a property is occupied.
