Pre-vacuum, pre-treatment of traffic lanes, hot water extraction across the measured area, spot treatment of marks where they respond, and drying and reopening advice. Pre-conditions: the area is cleared of furniture or clearance is agreed in the quote, and a power and water supply is available.
Not included
Guaranteed removal of permanent staining, dye loss, bleaching, burns or wear. Furniture moving unless agreed. Carpet repairs, stretching or replacement. Protective treatments and deodorising, quoted separately. Rugs and delicate natural fibres, assessed individually.

- Priced per square metre of measured cleanable floor. A minimum charge per visit is set in the quotation; the exact area confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. Out-of-hours visits are arranged where a building cannot be closed in the day.
