Included in the agreed scope
Carpet fitting: gripper rods, underlay, laying, stretching, trimming, seams where needed, doorway bars and finishing. Pre-conditions: the room is cleared, the subfloor is sound, dry and free of protruding fixings, and the carpet and underlay are on site before the fitting date.
Not included
Supply of carpet unless quoted. Subfloor levelling or replacement, damp treatment, uplift and disposal of the old carpet unless listed, furniture moving, door trimming and decorating. Stairs and landings, which are measured and quoted separately.

- Priced per room. Room dimensions, stairs, landings and underlay specification confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- Gripper, underlay, bars and fixings itemised on the quotation; carpet supplied by the customer or quoted separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
