Included in the agreed scope
Domestic carpet cleaning by hot water extraction: pre-vacuum, pre-treatment, extraction, spot treatment where marks respond and drying advice. Pre-conditions: small furniture moved by the customer or clearance agreed in the quote, plus power and water access.
Not included
Permanent staining, dye loss, bleaching, burns and wear. Moving heavy furniture, beds and wardrobes. Carpet repairs or refitting. Upholstery, rugs, stairs and landings unless listed on the quote. Protector and deodoriser treatments.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.

- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
