Included in the agreed scope
Full bathroom refurbishment: strip-out and disposal, alterations to plumbing within the room, boarding and tanking where needed, tiling, sanitary ware and brassware installation, extractor provision by a registered electrician, and decoration and handover. Pre-conditions: a survey, a signed layout and product schedule, and all items delivered before the start date.
Not included
Gas work and boiler alterations, unvented cylinder work and notifiable electrical work carried out other than by registered engineers. Structural alterations, new soil stack routes, asbestos removal, window replacement and underfloor heating unless written into the scope.

- What the starting price covers
- Priced per bathroom against the agreed scope. Room dimensions, specification and layout changes confirmed by quotation.
- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- All materials itemised on the quotation; sanitary ware and tiles listed separately.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. A survey is always required before a fixed price.
- Delivered by
- Coordinated for you and carried out by an appropriately qualified and registered contractor. Sea Lighter manages the job, the access and the paperwork; the regulated work itself is signed off by the qualified engineer or electrician.
This service is priced after a site visit, so the quotation reflects your property.
