For after builders cleaning: Confirm trades have finished, dust hazards and waste responsibility.
Please report any concerns through your usual Sea Lighter contact. Recurring visits and aftercare are agreed for your particular service.

Included in the agreed scope
Fine dust removal from all surfaces, ledges and fittings, paint, adhesive and sticker residue removal where it is safe for the finish, internal windows, frames and sills, floors vacuumed, washed and finished, sanitary ware and kitchen units detailed. Pre-conditions: construction work is finished, the site is free of tools and materials, and water and power are available.
Not included
Removal of builders' waste, rubble or packaging. Work at height, scaffolding, external façades, render or paint splashes on masonry. Snagging, making good, decorating and repairs. Second dust-settlement visits, which are quoted separately.

Starting price
From £161 per visit
The starting price covers only the assessed scope described below; larger jobs are quoted individually.
- Agreed scope
- The £161 minimum covers up to five operative hours of light final dust cleaning in a small cleared studio of up to 35 m². Heavy builders' residue, debris removal and specialist dust or hazards are excluded and quoted in writing after photos or a survey confirmed by quotation.

- Additional charges
- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- All cleaning materials, machinery and protective equipment supplied by Sea Lighter.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.

Starting prices are indicative and, where a minimum charge is shown, the minimum applies to a single job or visit. Your final quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed scope of work. Any additional charges will be included in your quote before you confirm.
