Post-construction cleaning to remove dust, residue and debris so a property can be handed over or let.

Included in the agreed scope
Fine dust removal from all surfaces, ledges and fittings, paint, adhesive and sticker residue removal where it is safe for the finish, internal windows, frames and sills, floors vacuumed, washed and finished, sanitary ware and kitchen units detailed. Pre-conditions: construction work is finished, the site is free of tools and materials, and water and power are available.
Not included
Removal of builders' waste, rubble or packaging. Work at height, scaffolding, external façades, render or paint splashes on masonry. Snagging, making good, decorating and repairs. Second dust-settlement visits, which are quoted separately.

- Priced per property for a single builders' clean. Property size, number of rooms and amount of residue confirmed by quotation.

- Work found outside the agreed scope is stopped and reported first. It is re-quoted in writing and only carried out once you approve it. Nothing extra is charged automatically.
- Materials
- All cleaning materials, machinery and protective equipment supplied by Sea Lighter.
- Availability
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday visits by arrangement. Evening, weekend and urgent slots are confirmed when we quote, not guaranteed. For a clearly specified job we can price from photographs and measurements you send us. A survey is arranged instead when access, condition or substrate is unclear.
