From £141 per planned visit

Planned maintenance and multi-task handyman visits have a minimum of 3 total operative hours (from £141). A single small repair may use the 1-hour minimum (£53), followed by £44 per operative hour in 30-minute increments. The team hours are added together and the minimum applies once per visit: one person for 3 hours or two people for 1.5 hours each. We agree a task list that fits the booked time; larger jobs may need longer. Materials and agreed extras are separate. Scope and price must be confirmed in writing before booking. After the first operative hour: £22 per 30 minutes (£44 per operative hour). New 8-operative-hour package: £350; further agreed work £44 per operative hour, in 30-minute increments. The cheaper eligible hourly/package option applies once, with no double charge for the same hours. Normal-hours availability applies. Parts, materials and agreed extras separate.
